A new year with new trends!

The outdoor kitchen business is in high demand. After a brief lull at the beginning of January, largely due to fowl weather, we've been getting pounded with requests for bids. Looking back over the last year, I'd say that 70% of our outdoor kitchens have used granite for their countertop surface. About 1/2 have used a manufactured stone for the sides, and although many are going with the less expensive lines of grills, the trend is moving towards the higher in, both in store sales and in website sales. The DCS dual burner has been popular off of the www.patiogrill.com website, and the stainless steel doors and drawers have remained a big seller, with a new wider double door (the RDD2) will probably very popular for those looking for grills bigger than 36".
